Entrance is via electric gates to your own parking space in the basement garage. Access is then via lift or stairs to the first floor. The apartment is in a small, private, block of one and two bedroomed apartments and has a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area with a bright, fully equipped kitchen. All doors and windows are fitted with electric shutters. Directly from the lounge you will find a large balcony with a sea view and outside dining for 6. There is also a separate outdoor balcony area with direct kitchen access. The master double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with jacuzzi bath). There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower accessed from the hall. Both bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space, dressing tables with mirrors and drawer space. The lounge has Satellite TV, DVD (selection of DVDs), games system (selection of games), selection of board games and books. Outside is a shared, heated pool with sunloungers and gardens. Lagos is a vibrant town, full of character with lots of bars and restaurants. There are several different beaches (connected by a holiday train) and a beautiful marina with boat trips, fishing etc. From Lagos it is easy to visit all the resorts of the Western Algarve, the amazing beaches of the Atlantic coast, the beautiful countryside in the hills of Monchique and even Lisbon (perhaps for an overnight stay). There are at least four golf courses within easy reach. Watersports are available on nearby Meia Praia. Other sports facilities, horseriding, zoomarine and the water parks are also within easy reach. The apartment (being in an elevated position with views over the sea and Lagos town)is well placed to benefit from the cooling breezes in the summer. Central heating means the apartment is warm even on the chillier days in winter.
