Quinta da Madrugada is a single storey villa built approximately 15 years ago. This is a countryside retreat, lying on the outskirts of the tiny village of Cotifo away from the crowds. The Quinta ( house with land ) is set in 4 acres of grounds with some formal gardens, an orchard and is surrounded by farmland and a few farmers cottages. It is well situated close to all amenities and activities, being a 5 minute drive to the motorway, 15 minutes to Lagos town, 10 minutes to Meia Praia beach and Palmares Golf Course. A car is recommended.

There is a double bed settee in the Master Bedroom and a smallpullout bed in Bedroom 3. Extra £50 p.p.p.w. to cover maid and laundry charges.
During the summer months April - October there is a maid service 3 days a week this does not include weekends and public holidays. During the winter months 2 days a week. Towels will be changed twice weekly and bed linen once. The villa has an English speaking management agent based in Lagos who will give information and support during your stay. They will also arrange to deliver provisions for your arrival if a shopping list is forwarded 2 weeks in advance. A car is recommended to get around and about. Change over day is normally Thursday, but other days can be accommodated out of peak season.
